We have made the beautiful state of Arizona our home for over 40 years. We spent the most recent twenty five years in the beautiful communities of Scottsdale, Carefree, and Prescott. During that time, we have been active participants in community and civic organizations, in both volunteer and leadership roles.

In our spare time, we enjoy spending time with family and take great pride in the accomplishments of our children and four beautiful grandchildren. We are avid fans of the outdoors, we enjoy exploring new activities and neighborhoods, and cherish making new friends and acquaintances along the way.

Shirley Nimsky

After two decades, Shirley retired from a successful career as nonprofit association executive with an international medical society and a national association. Shirley also worked in the healthcare management field for over 10 years. Shirley’s background in both the nonprofit and for profit sectors included areas of membership development, customer and client relations, marketing, continuing education as well as business development and operations. Shirley has consistently participated in local and national nonprofit organizations as a volunteer, committee member and leader. Shirley has completed coursework and was awarded certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), New Home Specialist and serves the local real estate community for 2019 as President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Prescott Area.

John Nimsky

John retired from a successful career as a political consultant, healthcare executive, and is the founder and owner of a national healthcare consultant company. He brings over thirty years of leadership experience as a healthcare industry executive, consultant and strategic visionary, to The Nimsky Team clients and BloomTree Realty. John is nationally known for his accomplishments as a strategic thinker, negotiation expert and innovative operations leader. John has a reputation for building long lasting professional and personal relationships in the United States and the international healthcare business community. John remains active in the community by serving on several Boards of Directors and leadership on local real estate and community committees.
